For the past 17 years Wanda has built a solid reputation in Executive/Management Search by creating long term collaborative relationships with her clients in manufacturing, industrial, distribution and transportation. By carefully listening to the client’s vision of their organization and the culture they wish to create, she has successfully placed top talent in many organizations at the senior level (Vice Presidents, Directors, General Managers ) and then built teams around them using a thorough, practical and innovative search methodology.
Wanda holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science/Economics from Brandon University and is an Affiliate with Civility Experts Inc. Worldwide and a Certified Master Trainer with (ICTC)International Civility Trainers’ Consortium. She is also one of the first Canadian Quilters Association/Association Canadienne de la Courtepointe (CQA/ACC) Certified Quilt Judges and very involved in the Fibre Arts community. Wanda gives back to the community through long term commitments to Siloam Mission and Days for Girls.
