You will be expected to work hard, develop and grow in order to manage a business through a three and a half year rigorous hands-on management training program. In return, Emco will provide you with a competitive compensation package (including a salary, benefits and profit sharing potential), on-the-job training, and the opportunity to manage your own business as a Profit Centre Manager.
To be eligible, you must be graduating from a university program or have graduated within the last 5 years.

This Management Trainee position teaches candidates with little-to-no industry experience every aspect of the business. Trainees typically spend their first year in a Profit Center learning shipping and receiving, counter sales, and operations management. They will spend their next two and a half years at different Profit Centers learning inside sales, outside sales and general management.
Throughout the program on-the-job experience is supplemented with coaching by experienced mentors, customer visits and a variety of training courses. Upon successful completion from the program the trainee will be promoted to Manager and assigned to a Profit Center.
